The Menus at Corazon at Castle Hill
Chef Michael Taddeo, who served and trained as David Dailey’s right hand man for over 16 years, has earned ownership in this venture and is the Executive Chef/Operating Manager of Corazon at Castle Hill along with owner Cathe Dailey. With a vast repertoire of Castle Hill Executive Chef David Dailey's Interior Mexican and Modern Southwestern fare, he has a rich foundation for his creative endeavors. Many of the original Castle Hill Cafe staff remain in the kitchen and serve on the floor.
Chef Michael Taddeo and his kitchen assure that our food has the highest quality of preparedness featuring the freshest ingredients possible. The recipes are innovative, layered, and genuine. The menus change throughout the year according to season and availability of product. In our 22 year history in the restaurant business, our Prime Directive has never changed. What will distinguish us from everyone else is, always and finally, the food.
